Restroom Renovation Region 03 Regional Administration Services (RAS)

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for restroom renovations for Region 03 Regional Administrative Services (RAS). The scope of work includes restroom renovations, flooring maintenance and repair, painting, plumbing maintenance and repair, and electrical maintenance and repair. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation. The evaluation criteria will consider factors such as the bidder's experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder that offers the best value to the state. • The contract term will be upon award, with options for extension. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet, and other required documentation.
