Description
The project involves the resurfacing of approximately 2.56 miles of Wynn Lake Rd (Yonah Homer Rd to Hudson River Bridge) in Banks County, Georgia. The work includes patching, recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing, striping, and shoulder filling. The project must be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days. The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the bid that is in the best interest of the Owner.
• The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances.
• The contractor must comply with the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges.
• The contractor must maintain statutory Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability insurance, Comprehensive General Liability insurance, and Automobile Liability Insurance.
• The contractor must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid.
• The contractor must complete and execute all documents attached to the Contract Documents.
