Food Management/Operation of Keller Golf Course Clubhouse

Ramsey County’s Parks & Recreation Department seeks a qualified operator to manage and run the Keller Golf Course Clubhouse on a year‑round basis. The operator will be responsible for daily food and beverage service (including liquor) during the golf season, as well as banquet, wedding, private party, and meeting space operations in the ballroom and reception areas. Additional duties include on‑course sales of food and beverages, innovative marketing of rental spaces, and overall safe and efficient clubhouse management. • Manage full‑service restaurant operations with liquor service during golf season • Oversee banquet and event services (weddings, private parties, meetings) in clubhouse ballroom • Conduct on‑course food & beverage sales and implement marketing/innovation strategies • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations • Provide comprehensive facility management and customer service throughout the year
