As Needed Golf Course Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide as-needed golf course operation services. The scope of work includes maintenance and operation of one or more golf courses, including banquet room, pro-shop, and coffee shop operations. Vendors must have at least 5 years of experience in operating and managing golf courses, and must be able to commence operations within 60 days of notice from the County. The contract term is 5 years with a 5-year option. • The County is seeking vendors to provide golf course operation services on an as-needed basis. • Vendors must have experience in operating and managing golf courses, including banquet room, pro-shop, and coffee shop operations. • The contract term is 5 years with a 5-year option. • Vendors must be able to commence operations within 60 days of notice from the County. • The County is seeking vendors who can provide high-quality golf course operation services, including maintenance and operation of golf courses, banquet rooms, pro shops, and coffee shops. • Vendors must be able to provide all necessary equipment and staff to operate the golf course(s). • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
