Description
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County is seeking qualified vendors to supply new, authentic golf merchandise—including clubs, balls, apparel, bags, and promotional items—for resale at its golf‑course facilities. This is an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded on a “sole‑brand” basis, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase quantities; orders will be placed as needed via purchase orders. Vendors must submit a brand survey (Round 1) and then cost proposals (Round 2) with the highest discount off MSRP determining award. The solicitation requires extensive certifications, insurance coverage, and adherence to Metro’s Equal Business Opportunity goals.
