The Town of Scituate is leasing a 2,720 sq ft restaurant‑bar concession at the Widows Walk Golf Course, including kitchen, bar, restrooms, banquet room, office space, and a 750 sq ft patio for roughly 37 patrons. The lessee will operate a full‑service restaurant and banquet facility on a three‑year lease with two optional one‑year extensions, beginning April 1 2027.
