Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks to establish a rate‑based contract to provide comprehensive catering services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, cold beverages) and conference‑space rentals throughout the state. Vendors must submit all‑inclusive unit rates that remain fixed for the first five years, supply required licensing, menus, capacity data, and optional environmentally preferable product documentation. The contract will be awarded on a “as‑needed” basis, with a base term of five years and two possible two‑year extensions, and will be managed under the Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) where applicable.
• Scope includes full‑service catering (menus, utensils, delivery) and optional conference‑room rentals with all incidentals (tables, chairs, AV, Wi‑Fi, cleaning, parking).
• Mandatory submissions: completed rate schedule, health‑board food‑service license, business reference forms, Prompt‑Pay Discount form, W‑9/EFT forms, and SBPP eligibility verification.
• No maximum dollar obligation; payments are made against rates for actual orders placed by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development.
