Conference Space and Catering Services

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking vendors to provide conference space, catering services, or a combination of both for DCF events across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This is a rolling‑enrollment, blanket procurement that will award multiple contracts over a ten‑year period (initial term four years with two three‑year renewal options). Vendors must demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience, comply with supplier‑diversity requirements, and submit an electronic quote through COMMBUYS. The solicitation includes detailed pricing, geographic coverage, gratuity, and environmental compliance specifications. • Three categories: Conference Space only, Catering Services only, or both combined. • Minimum 2‑year experience; must provide at least two business references. • Mandatory 1 % spend with certified diverse partners (SDP) and a detailed SDP Plan. • Contracts up to $2 million total value, with optional renewals extending to a maximum of ten years.
