Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, via the Emergency Management Agency, is seeking full‑service catering and associated field support providers for emergency response and large‑scale events. Vendors must be capable of delivering meals for 5‑500 individuals, providing shelter‑type meals, MREs, ice, and comprehensive field services such as tents, power generation, HVAC, and sanitation facilities, with rapid set‑up and teardown capabilities. The contract is a 10‑year rolling‑enrollment agreement (initial 4‑year term with up to three two‑year extensions) and may be exercised on a per‑event basis without a guaranteed purchase quantity. Evaluation will focus on qualifications, responsiveness, menu variety, references, and supplier‑diversity compliance.
• Provide catering (buffet, boxed meals, MREs, ice) for up to 500 individuals, up to four meals per day.
• Deliver and manage field services: tents, generators, HVAC, portable restrooms, showers, hand‑washing stations, and related logistics.
• Maintain licensing, permits, and inspections for all field operations; respond quickly to emergency or event requests.
• Submit qualifications, menu options, three non‑MEMA references, rate sheet, and supplier‑diversity documentation through COMMBUYS.
