Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) is establishing a Qualified Contractor List for conference‑service providers—including meeting‑space, hotel accommodations, audio‑visual, catering, and related event‑support services—on a rolling‑enrollment basis for FY 27 through FY 34. Vendors submit a single quote package via COMMBUYS; the department will award contracts as needs arise, without guaranteeing a specific volume of work. The solicitation is open‑market, electronic‑quote enabled, and favors Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) participants when they meet best‑value criteria. Required attachments include an Application Response Form, Prompt‑Pay Discount Form, and the vendor’s standard contract/rental agreement.
