Description
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) seeks qualified firms to provide commercial‑real‑estate advisory and brokerage services for its portfolio of convention centers, parking facilities, and undeveloped parcels. The work will be performed under an indefinite‑delivery, task‑order contract with a base three‑year term and optional one‑year extensions, covering market studies, transaction analysis, negotiation support, and ongoing advisory reporting. The contract ceiling is $1 M for the base period, with possible extensions increasing total value up to roughly $2.5 M.
• Provide advisory support for existing MCCA properties and any future acquisitions or dispositions.
• Deliver brokerage services—including market analysis, marketing collateral, and negotiation assistance—for purchases or sales.
• Maintain a Massachusetts‑based office, meet diverse‑supplier participation goals (≥ 3 % spend), and satisfy extensive experience and licensing requirements.
