Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation of a Concession Business Opportunity to Operate Guided Water Tours, Food & Beverage, and Retail Services within Lake Mead National Recreation Area

The National Park Service is seeking a concessionaire to operate guided water tours, food and beverage service, and retail outlets within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The opportunity is an amendment extending the original deadline and revising notice dates. The contract term is projected from December 1 2027 through November 30 2037 (10 years), with a component renewal reserve and monthly franchise fee structure.
