The South Piedmont Community College is seeking architectural design services for a new education building on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus. The building will be a newly constructed, two-story, structural steel approximately 58,000 square feet, with college classrooms and labs, supporting areas, and core areas such as reception and conference spaces. The selected firm will be integral in determining the best location for the building and will provide design services from advance planning through project closeout.
