Description
The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction rehabilitation services for the Senior Grant Program (SG22‑313). The work involves renovating and repairing existing senior housing units to meet current safety, accessibility, and habitability standards. Bids must be submitted by September 24, 2026.
