Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is seeking a qualified organization to deliver comprehensive Caregiver and Youth Support Services (CYSS) to children and families under its jurisdiction. The contract will be awarded to one provider and will cover a range of services including case management, counseling, crisis intervention, and support for caregivers to improve child welfare outcomes.
• One‑year (or multi‑year) contract for CYSS delivery across Los Angeles County
• Services include direct youth support, caregiver training, family reunification assistance, and coordination with existing DCFS programs
• Provider must demonstrate experience in child welfare, social work, and community‑based service delivery
• Compliance with County procurement policies and reporting requirements
