Essex County Comprehensive Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Services - Supplemental Request

This supplemental solicitation seeks proposals to fill three critical service gaps that were not funded in the original contract: (1) Medication‑Assisted Treatment (IIOP/MAT) for individuals with substance use disorders, (2) Prevention programming targeting youth under 18, and (3) Halfway house services specifically for women transitioning from treatment to independent living. The contract period runs from January 1 2027 through December 31 2029 with an option to extend two additional years, and all work will be performed under the oversight of Essex County’s Division of Community Health Services.
