The City of Oroville is seeking a qualified contractor to participate in the renovation/remodel of a single-family home located at 2020 Gray Street in Oroville, CA. The project includes remediation of pest and water damage, replacement of existing siding, replacement of roof, and remaining work identified in the contract bid documents.
