Description
The Macon Water Authority is seeking bids for structural repairs at the Amerson Water Treatment Plant. The project includes exterior and interior building repairs to address water infiltration, concrete deterioration, and structural settlement. The work includes removal of debris and vegetation, replacement of backer rod and sealant, cleaning of water-stain buildup, and repair or replacement of damaged gutters and downspouts. The project also involves epoxy and polyurethane crack injection, concrete patching, spall repair, and pressure grouting. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.

• Bidders must purchase the contract documents for $400.00 plus shipping per set.
• The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid.
