Park Ave Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The Town of Weymouth is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Park Ave Water Storage Tank. The project includes removing existing coating systems, surface preparation, and applying new coating systems, as well as repairing the concrete foundation, installing a new roof vent, and modifying the exterior shell ladder and roof ladder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% construction performance bond and a 100% construction payment bond.
