Description
The City of Fall River is soliciting bids for the Fall River Fire Museum Hayloft Roof Replacement. The contract will require a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the total contract price. Bidders must submit their bids by June 4, 2026, at 2:00pm. The bid prices must remain firm following the bid opening. The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

• The bids will be opened, witnessed, and results made public.
• MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate.
• The contract will be awarded within 30 working days of the bid opening.
• A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond are required.
• The time of delivery is part of the bid and is very important.
