Budget estimate

$250,000 – $500,000

The solicitation states a contract magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. Assuming a typical profit margin of 5‑10 % for heavy‑construction firms, the net earnings for the contractor would likely fall in the $12,500‑$50,000 range. However, total contract revenue (the amount the client would be paid) is the full $250‑$500 K, with final budget depending on change orders, allowable costs, and performance incentives.
