QUICKLIME (RE-BID)

El Paso Water (EPWater) is soliciting proposals for the supply of quicklime for use in its water reclamation facilities. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an estimated annual usage of 30-35 tons at the John T. Hickerson Water Reclamation Facility and 25 tons at the Fred Hervey Water Reclamation Plant. The successful bidder will be required to provide quicklime that meets the specifications outlined in the request for proposal, including compliance with ANSI/NSF Standard 60 and AWWA Standard B202. The evaluation criteria for this proposal include experience, cost, and responsibility and reliability. • The proposal must include a completed Excel worksheet with unit prices for each item. • The proposal must include a certificate of analysis for the quicklime. • The proposal must include a statement of residency and non-divestment from Israel. • The proposal must include a W-9 form and a certificate of interested parties form. • The proposal must include a conflict of interest questionnaire. • The proposal must include a new vendor information form.
