Sole Source - United Flo Pumps

The City of Fort Myers Procurement Division is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source designation for United Flo Pumps to Tom Evans Environmental. The city has identified Tom Evans Environmental as the exclusive source for this product/service, and they intend to negotiate and award the contract with only one source. Any supplier that believes they are capable of providing the same type of product/service should submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities for consideration by the department requesting the item.
