N28th Street Grade Separation

The City of Superior, Wisconsin is seeking qualified engineering consultants to perform tasks up to and including preliminary engineering design for the N28th Street Grade Separation project. The project aims to improve safety and mobility by eliminating two at-grade rail crossings situated within a high-traffic rail yard operated by BNSF Railway. The scope of work includes tasks from the project management plan completion to a preliminary design.
