Carpet Replacement - Conway Campus Building 100 1st Floor

Horry Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is soliciting qualified vendors to provide labor and materials for the complete removal of existing carpet, cleaning and preparation of the sub‑floor, and installation of new carpet and wall base in Building 100, first floor of its Conway Campus. • Scope includes removal, disposal, sub‑floor preparation, and installation of new carpet and wall base per HGTC specifications. • All labor, materials, and related workmanship must be provided by the vendor; bids are due by November 24, 2026 (3:00 am). • A non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting will be held on November 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the 2nd‑floor conference room of the 100 Building for clarification of the project requirements. • Project location: 2050 Hwy 501 E., Conway, SC 29526.
