Carpet Replacement

The City of Melbourne Airport Authority is seeking qualified contractors to replace carpet and flooring throughout the airport concourse areas. The scope includes removal of existing carpet, installation of new carpet and associated flooring per the specifications in Appendix A, and compliance with a 5 % bid bond and 100 % performance bond. A mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site visit will be held to review the project site and answer questions. • Replace carpet and flooring in all concourse areas of Melbourne Airport. • Must provide a 5 % bid bond and a 100 % performance bond. • Mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site visit on October 8, 2026 at the airport conference room. • Submissions due by December 2, 2026, 20:00.
