Description
The Steuben County is seeking architectural and engineering services for bathroom renovations. The scope of services includes preparation of conceptual architectural designs, evaluation and incorporation of accessibility requirements, development of preliminary construction cost estimates, and assessment of phased construction schedules. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible contractor whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of Steuben County.
• The contractor must demonstrate significant experience in the design and renovation of municipal, institutional, or similarly occupied facilities.
• The contractor must provide a title page, letter of transmittal, and contractor profile.
• The contractor must submit three sets of the proposal, including all required documents.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation coverage and comprehensive general liability insurance.
