Senior Housing Demolition

The City of Fresno is soliciting qualified contractors to completely demolish an existing senior‑housing building and its associated parking lot at 4333 North Blackstone Avenue. The contract includes structural demolition, utility cut‑off and capping, removal of all paving, landscaping, curb and gutter elements, and site clearing in preparation for future use. The work must be performed in compliance with California prevailing‑wage rules, HUD CDBG requirements, and City safety and environmental standards, and will be completed within 60 working days after a notice to proceed. • Full‑building demolition, including foundations and concrete slabs. • Utility disconnection, capping, and site de‑contamination. • Removal of asphalt, curbs, gutters, walkways, light poles, signs, trees, and landscaping. • Required 10 % bid deposit, 100 % payment and performance bonds, and compliance with CCR, HUD Section 3, and City prevailing‑wage regulations.
