Description
This solicitation calls for the complete demolition of the former Madison Learning Center (and an optional demolition of the former Seminary Building) located at 60 West Main Street, Rexburg, ID. The contractor must remove all building structures, clear and back‑fill the site, cap five sewer services, and protect existing utilities, sidewalks, curb, and Rocky Mountain Power infrastructure.
