Description
The State of Alabama is soliciting quotes for the supply of Phenova Hetero Plate, Micro, Presence-Water. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through non-binding alternative dispute resolution.
• Suppliers must submit their quotes electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The contract may be canceled by the Chief Procurement Officer for justifiable cause.
