Chapel Stained Glass Restoration

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning and restoration services for the stained glass at the Maxwell Chapel facilities, specifically the Faith and Grace chapel. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the stained glass, removing and reinstalling the protective layer, and providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. The contract will cover the removal and cleaning of the stained glass, as well as the installation of a new protective layer. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to perform the required services. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide a written plan for continuing essential contractor services during periods of crisis. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and past performance.
