The Department of Fish and Game, Office of Fishing and Boating Access, invites sealed bids for the reconstruction of the Peters Pond Boat Ramp Facility Parking Lot in the Town of Sandwich, MA. The project includes the reconstruction of a boat ramp parking lot, curbing, tree trimming, and miscellaneous work. The estimated project value is $205,000.
• The bid package will be available after January 29, 2026, from the Office of Fishing and Boating Access.
• Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Department, accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the bid value.
• The bid deposit must be in the form of a bid bond, certified, cashier's, or treasurer's check.
• The contract is subject to all State Laws and Regulations concerning Minority Business Enterprises.
• The right is reserved to waive any informality in or reject any or all proposals.
