Right of Way Sign Maintenance for Local and Municipal City Streets

The City of Pontiac is seeking a qualified contractor to provide right-of-way sign maintenance services for local and municipal streets. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining regulatory, warning, and informational traffic control signs, including printing and installing replacement signs, and disposing of waste. The contractor must have a 24-hour emergency response time and be able to work within 50 miles of the Pontiac city limits. The contract term will be for two years with no renewal options. Key aspects of the job include: • Maintaining traffic control signs in good working condition • Responding promptly to service requests • Coordinating with City staff regarding traffic control needs and emergency response situations • Providing daily status reports and work records • Complying with federal, state, and local safety standards and regulations • Having a CDL license and being able to coordinate with Miss Dig when required
