Window Replacement Various Sites

The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority is seeking bids from contractors to replace existing windows with retrofit dual pane vinyl windows at various sites in Stanislaus County. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required approvals and permits, and for following all local, state, and federal codes and regulations. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing windows and trim, supply and installation of retrofit double pane vinyl windows, and painting as needed to match existing. • The project is located in the City of Modesto • The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to perform the window replacements and associated exterior repairs • The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and city statutes, ordinances, and regulations • The contractor shall provide adequate protection for all persons and all Authority personnel within the working area or approaches thereto • The contractor shall maintain all required licenses and permits, and shall provide proof of insurance coverage
