• The radio fails to power up properly and requires repair.
• The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, supervision, and administration to perform radio repair services.
• The repair services will be completed at the Contractor’s location.
• The government will be responsible for shipment of the equipment to and from the contractor’s location.
