The Berrien County Sheriff Department is seeking bids for ammunition, specifically 9mm Luger 124 grain FMJ Training Ammunition and 5.56 NATO 55 grain FMJ Training Ammunition. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received by the Purchasing Department by 5/6/2026 at 9:00 AM ET. The bid will be opened on the same day at approximately 9:30 AM ET. • The bid must include a written certification that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business. • The bidder must provide two copies of the bid proposal. • The bid must be marked with the bid number, 2026-057, on the outside of the sealed envelope. • The bid must include the quantity, description, per unit price, and total price for each item. • The bidder must comply with the specifications and requirements outlined in the bid document.
