PROJECT INFORMATION:The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M. March 24th, 2026 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live Microsoft Teams meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening can be obtained through Bids and Tenders. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION:The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: 610 – General Construction which will encompass the complete construction of the Project.COMPLETION TIME: Fall 2026
