The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build, furnish, deliver, and install a pre‑manufactured metal storage building (approximately 4,140 sq ft, 36 ft × 115 ft) at the Mill Creek Barrier Dam site. The contract is turn‑key, requiring the contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment, demolition, disposal, site restoration, safety compliance, performance‑surety, insurance, warranty, training, and engineering documentation. No electrical service, downspouts, paving, or sidewalks are included; the slab will be supplied by a third party, but the contractor must supply design drawings for the foundation. Bids must be submitted electronically by the March 31 2026 deadline, with a mandatory 10 % bid bond and a 100 % performance bond.
