FM 2812 and Jasman Rd. Traffic Signal

The City of Edinburg is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the construction and installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of FM 2812 and Jasman Rd. The project includes pavement striping, driveway reconstruction, and all associated civil, electrical, and traffic control improvements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to construct and install a complete and operational traffic signal system. The project must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), TxDOT specifications, and local government standards. Some key requirements for the proposal include: • Proposer’s itemized and total proposed price • Qualifications and experience of the team • Demonstrated prior experience for similar projects • Resumes of team and subcontractors assigned to the project • 3 positive reference letters from successful similar projects • 5 past performance evaluation forms from previous owners of completed projects The City of Edinburg reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities.
