The Macomb County Department of Roads is seeking a consulting firm to provide innovative traffic‑signal optimization services across multiple projects spanning up to five years. The work requires the use of vehicle probe data and mandatory licensing of the Flow Labs software suite, with optional use of traditional traffic‑analysis tools.
