The City of Orange is seeking a qualified traffic‑engineering consultant to develop engineering design documents, specifications, and cost estimates for the installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) at four school crossings, in compliance with the state‑funded High‑Speed Implementation Program (HSIP). The scope includes preparation of detailed plans, specs, and a full cost estimate, with all communications and submissions conducted electronically. Interested firms must request the full RFP and be added to the proposer list before the clarification deadline.
