City of Orange is seeking a qualified traffic‑engineering consultancy to develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for citywide bike lanes and related “conflict point” green‑paint markings, adhering to state‑funded HSIP guidelines. The work includes detailed design documents and cost estimating for the implementation of bike lanes throughout the city. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline and firms must be added to the City’s Proposer List to be considered.
• Scope covers preparation of design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for bike lane installation and safety markings.
• Must follow HSIP (Highway Safety Improvement Program) standards and demonstrate relevant traffic‑engineering experience.
