Description
The City of Austin is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Cummins Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) engine repair services with associated parts for the City's vehicles and equipment on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, parts, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the specified repairs according to the manufacturer's recommended repair techniques and standards. The contractor will also be responsible for diagnosing the vehicle/equipment, providing a written estimate, and obtaining written authorization from the City before proceeding with repairs. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, with the City reserving the right to purchase more or less of the quantities specified during the contract term.
