Description
The City of Florence is soliciting qualified contractors to construct a new single‑family residence (approximately 1,266 sq ft) at 201 North Pointe Drive. The scope covers complete site work, foundation, framing, exterior finishes, interior finishes, mechanical systems, landscaping, and all required permits, bonds, and insurance. The contractor must deliver the finished home within 180 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and provide a one‑year warranty.

• Perform full site development: clearing, grading, utility connections, driveway, sod/seed, shrub planting, and erosion control.
• Provide required performance and payment bonds, general liability, workers’ compensation, and builder’s risk insurance; comply with local licensing, minority‑business preferences, and all City procurement regulations.
