Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking technical assistance for the Help Me Grow National Center. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a qualified vendor to provide technical assistance to support the implementation of the Help Me Grow model in Texas. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing technical assistance, training, and support to local communities and organizations to help them implement the Help Me Grow model. The vendor will also be responsible for providing evaluation and monitoring services to ensure the effectiveness of the program.
* Provide technical assistance and training to local communities and organizations
* Support the implementation of the Help Me Grow model in Texas
* Provide evaluation and monitoring services to ensure the effectiveness of the program
* Collaborate with local communities and organizations to identify and address the needs of children and families
* Develop and implement a plan to sustain the program beyond the initial funding period
* Provide quarterly progress reports and a final report at the end of the contract period
