Description
The City of Mobile is seeking a contractor to fully demolish and remove all structures located at 2814 Cottage Hill Road, including footings, slabs, and associated utilities, while complying with environmental and safety regulations. The contractor must also manage debris, provide erosion control, and supply documentation of demolition and waste disposal.
• Perform complete wet demolition and removal of all building components, foundations, and slabs (field‑verified).
• Disconnect, cap, and secure all sanitary sewer, water, and gas lines per agency standards.
• Implement sediment and erosion control measures, handle lead‑based paint or asbestos if present, and submit before/after photos, waste shipment records, and close‑out documents.
