Budget estimate

$600,000 – $1,200,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical rates for certified domestic‑violence facilitators (≈ $100‑$150 per hour) and an assumed workload of 20 hours per participant for roughly 200 participants per year, annual spend could range from $200,000 to $400,000. Over a three‑year base term, the total contract value is therefore estimated between $600,000 and $1,200,000. Adjustments for extensions, travel, materials, and administrative overhead could push the high end upward, while a smaller participant pool or lower hourly rates could bring the low end down.
