Description

The State of Wisconsin, through the Department of Children and Families (DCF), is seeking a qualified organization to manage the Statewide Domestic Violence Prevention Program Initiative (SDVPPI). The contractor will oversee a comprehensive, multi‑year effort that includes a statewide media campaign, training and technical assistance for domestic‑violence agencies, and youth‑leadership engagement to shift social norms and reduce domestic and dating violence. Eligible proposers must be a nonprofit, public agency, or federally recognized tribe that already provides shelter, advocacy, hot‑line, or community‑education services. The scope emphasizes coordination, capacity‑building, and knowledge dissemination across local service providers, schools, and youth organizations.

Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

No budget is disclosed in the RFP. A statewide, multi‑component prevention program typically requires a multi‑year contract ranging from a few million dollars to upwards of five million, depending on the scale of media production, training rollout, staff support, and youth engagement activities. Based on comparable state‑wide public‑health initiatives, an estimated contract value would likely fall between $2 million and $5 million.
