The grant will support services for youth and young adults ages 12‑21 who have run away, are homeless, or are at imminent risk of homelessness. Eligible applicants include non‑profit organizations, local governments, and tribal governments. Proposals may target any subset of the defined age range and may or may not involve youth with child‑welfare or juvenile‑justice histories. Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

No specific award amount is disclosed in the solicitation. Based on typical state grant funding for statewide RHY initiatives, a single contract covering two youth services regions could range from roughly $500,000 to $2,000,000 per year, depending on the scope of services, number of youth served, and length of the award term. Larger, multi‑year contracts that include comprehensive case management, housing assistance, and partnership coordination would be at the higher end of this range.
