Budget estimate

$100,000 – $750,000

The total estimated funding for the FY 2026 initiative is $8,920,000 across up to 12 awards, yielding an average award of roughly $743,000. The award ceiling is $750,000, while smaller jurisdictions may receive substantially less. Assuming a range of possible award sizes, a low‑end estimate might be $100,000 (for a modest pilot or partnership) and a high‑end estimate $750,000 (the maximum allowed). Factors influencing the final budget include the scope of services proposed, the size of the jurisdiction, and the degree of collaboration with required partners.
